⚙️ Workspace Settings

The Workspace Settings panel is your central hub for configuring PromptCue to match your workflow. Here, you can view and update:

  • Personal & workspace profiles
  • Default AI behaviors
  • API key management
  • Data storage preferences
  • Web search integration

How to Access Workspace Settings?​

Inorder to access the Workspace Settings, click on the Settings icon in the App Management sidebar.

Once open, the dashboard is divided into several sections for streamlined navigation.

Settings Sections​

1. Profile​

View and edit your personal and workspace information:

  • User Section
    • View your name, email, and profile image. We allow updating your name and image.
  • Workspace Section
    • View workspace name, owner, plan tier, and storage allocation.
    • [Owner/Admin only] Manage workspace with the Manage button.

2. General Settings​

Configure default chat behaviors (read-only for now):

  • Default AI Model: Which model loads first.
  • Auto-Generate Chat Title: Automatically name new chats.
  • Auto-Stream Responses: Enable streaming for faster replies.
  • Temporary Chat Duration: Set how long unsaved chats persist.
  • AI Agent Context: Choose the default context for agent-driven tasks.

3. API Keys​

Manage your Large Language Model credentials:

  • Manual Key Management: Add, edit, or remove your own API keys.
  • Auto Provisioning: If using PromptCue’s provisioned keys, this list remains empty.

4. Storage Options​

Choose where to store your chats and prompts:

  • Local Storage
    • Monitor your browser’s localStorage usage (Local Vault).
  • PromptCue Cloud
    • Subscribe to shared or dedicated cloud plans.
    • Track your cloud utilization under Shared and Dedicated quotas.

5. Web Search Configuration​

Enable real-time web results in your chats:

  • GSE Engine ID & Key: Enter your Google Search Engine credentials.
  • Toggle Web Search on or off per workspace.
