Unlock seamless, encrypted syncing across devices with PromptCue Cloud Storage, our new optional add-on. Previously limited to local data, you can now purchase cloud storage separately—no need to upgrade your plan—to keep chats, prompts, API keys, and more synchronized and secure.

Cloud Subscription

Only your Workspace Admin can purchase the Cloud Storage add-on.
If you’re not an admin, please reach out to your workspace administrator or visit Settings → Storage → PromptCue Cloud to upgrade.

  • Cloud Storage is a standalone purchase—it’s not included in any paid plan by default.

  1. Enable Cloud Storage
    Once purchased, we TURN ON PromptCue Cloud for your workspace automatically.
  2. Select Storage Type
    • Shared: All workspace members draw from one common pool.
    • Dedicated: Each user has their own private quota.
  3. Configure Sync Options
    Pick which data categories to sync:
    • API Keys
    • Chats
    • Project Folders
    • Prompt Variables
    • Prompt Library
    • Model Settings
    • AI Agents
    • Web Search Config
  4. Automatic Sync
    • Runs every 10 minutes in the background.
    • Manual “Sync Now” button available for instant updates.

    • Storage meter updates on every sync.
    • Alerts when you approach your quota.

    • Messages are encrypted locally before upload.
    • Decrypted only on your devices.
  • API Keys & Settings:
    • Remain encrypted in localStorage and never transmitted in plaintext.
